We know how exciting it is to receive something special for your little one. All MiniNest orders are packed with care and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

2. Return Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the easy process.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you can follow our return procedure once you receive your package.
